Kindles are pretty great. I have purchased a lot fewer books in the last year of for sure, but I am not reading less. Now, another great benefit to having Amazon Prime... FREE borrowing of Best Sellers and more!

I have a hard time not being happy with the benefits of Amazon Prime. First is the free 2-day shipping to my house and also to the gifts I buy for people. Second is the streaming video (on your computer or capable TV). Now with the lending library... just loving it!
I have the basic (with ads) that was out before Kindle Fire, but still does the job :)
